ELIGIBILITY OF ADMISSION :

A candidate for the degree of Bachelor of Physical Education must be passed a Bachelor Degree examination of this University in any faculty or a corresponding degrees examination of any other University recognized as equivalent thereto.   

ADMISSION PROCEDURE :

Each admission must be made in the prescribed form given with this prospectus. The prospectus can be obtained only after sending Money Order of Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) addressing to the Principal of the College or issued from the College office personally in between    10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. during working days. The admission form should be completed in all respect and accompanied by the necessary documents without which, it will not be considered. The candidates called for interview will have to present themselves on the due dates at their own expenses.

The candidates have to appear at the qualifying examination conducted by the college. The candidates will be finally admitted only, if they found fit after going through the Physical Fitness Test (Practical), Written, Oral & Medical Test.

Preference will be given to the candidates having a background of N.C.C./Scouting/participating in Games and Sports at Inter collegiate/Inter University/State and National Level.

DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE APPLICATION FORM : 

1. School Leaving Certificate.
2. S.S.C. passing Certificate and S.S.C. Marks sheet.
3. H.S.C. Passing Certificate & Marks sheet.
4. Mark list of the Degree Examinations.
5. Degree or Passing Certificate of the University.
6. Certificate of Sports/N.C.C./Scouting etc.
7. Caste certificate if belongs to S.C/S.T./D.T./N.T/O.B.C./S.B.C.

N.B.

1. The Candidate will have to being all original certificates at the time of interview for verification.
2. The students those who are from other than Mumbai University have to produce provisional eligibility Certificate from the Mumbai University at the time of remitting the 1st term fees.
3. The students those who are from other than Mumbai University will have to produce the Migration Certificate/Degree Certificates or Passing Certificate and statement of marks of the Bachelors Degree before the closer of the first term.
4. The students those who have passed the Bachelor Degree examination from Mumbai University will have to produce transference Certificate after reopening of the College. The prescribed form for receiving the Transference Certificates will be issued from the college office.

SELECTION LIST:

Name of the selected candidates will be put up on the college notice board on the next working day at 5.00 p.m. after completion of the interviews. The selected candidates will have to collect their selection orders from the college office and remit the fees within prescribed period. Non payment of fees within prescribed period will automatically debar the candidate from admission.

N.B.

1. 
   All admission are provisional subject to confirmation by the University of Mumbai.
2. The college reserves the right to deny admission to a candidate on disciplinary grounds.
3. Admission is granted to candidates on their own risk and responsibility and the credentials furnished by them. If at any time it is noticed that admission has been obtained by a candidate by giving incorrect or false information, the admission will be cancelled and the candidates asked to leave the college forthwith, after setting the accounts.

FINANCIAL CONCESSIONS :

The following facilities are available to student who fulfill the required conditions. Student must submit the requisite application of scholarship within 30 days from the day college reopened.

1. G.O.I. Scholarship to SC/ST/DT/NT/OBC/SBC Students.  List of Documents to be submitted after the admission for receiving G.O.I.
2. Scholarship from the Government.
3. School leaving certificate.
4. S.S.C. mark Sheet
5. Graduate mark sheet.
6. Gap Certificate if, there is gap in the academic career.
7. Income certificate for the last year duly certified by Tahasildar only.
8. Caste Certificate.
9. Certificate of change in District, if applicable.
10. Ration card Xerox (front & last page)
11. Creamy layer Certificate is essential (for N.T & O.B.C.).
12. Passport size photograph
13. Caste Validity Certificate (for S.T. category student only).

N.B.

1. S.C./S.T. below Rs.1,00,000/-
2. V.J.N.T./O.B.C./ S.B.C. below Rs. 65,290/-
3. The student those who’s father’s income is more than Rs. 1,00,000/- Rs. 65,290/- should apply for freeship.
